Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy defines how Zyratek systems, AI deployments and automation infrastructure may be used. It applies to every client, partner and end-user interacting with our work.
Prohibited uses
Zyratek systems, services and deliverables may not be used to:
- Conduct, facilitate or promote any illegal activity under applicable law
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam or commercial communication without proper consent
- Operate phishing, social engineering or impersonation campaigns
- Engage in fraudulent activity, financial scams or deceptive marketing
- Deploy AI in ways that cause foreseeable harm to individuals, communities or institutions
- Operate abusive automation, including harassment bots or hostile messaging at scale
- Violate the privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights of any third party
- Circumvent the terms of service of any third-party platform integrated by Zyratek
Enforcement
Zyratek reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate any engagement that breaches this policy. Where required, we will cooperate with competent authorities and notify affected stakeholders in line with applicable law.

Suspected violations or abuse can be reported to contact@zyratek.io. Reports are reviewed confidentially.
